People are copying the names, logos and photos of SEBI-registered Research Analysts on Telegram, WhatsApp and social media to take money from investors. BSE has asked every Research Analyst to publish its official channels and warn investors about impersonators. This page is that list. If a channel is not on it, it is not us.

What we will never do

• Ask you to pay a personal account. Fees are paid only through the checkout reached from investology.in (Razorpay's payment window). We never ask for money on a personal UPI ID, a bank transfer to an individual, or in a Telegram or WhatsApp direct message.
• Message you first to sell a plan. Our support team replies when you write to us. A stranger who says they are from Investology and messages you first is not us.
• Promise returns. No one at Investology will promise you a profit, a fixed return or a "safe" trade. Investing in the securities market carries risk, and anyone promising otherwise is not us.
• Run a paid "VIP" or "premium" group outside the membership. The only paid service is the membership on investology.in. There is no extra group, upgrade or "insider" channel to buy anywhere else.
• Ask for your passwords or OTPs. We never ask for your trading, demat or bank login, UPI PIN, card number or OTP, and we never trade on your behalf.

How to check it is really us

1. Our SEBI registration number is INH000029528, in the name of Investology Quant Data Services Private Limited. Look it up on SEBI's register of Research Analysts (opens in a new tab).
2. Compare the e-mail and telephone number on SEBI's record (pillai@investology.in, +91 90290 26474) with the ones you are being contacted from.
3. Check the address. Our website is investology.in; our Telegram support chat is @InvestologySupport. Lookalike names with extra letters, numbers or words such as "official" or "VIP" are not ours.
4. Still unsure? Write to support@investology.in before you pay anything.

How to report an impersonator

• Tell us: e-mail support@investology.in or our compliance team at pillai@investology.in or +91 90290 26474, with a screenshot and the account name or number.
• Report it on the platform where you saw it (Telegram, WhatsApp, X or YouTube all have a "Report" option on the account).
• If you have a complaint against a SEBI-registered intermediary, including us, you can file it on SEBI SCORES (opens in a new tab). Our complaints page explains each step.
• If you have already sent money to someone pretending to be us, contact your bank at once and report it to the police through the national cybercrime helpline, 1930, or cybercrime.gov.in (opens in a new tab).
