Cancellation & Refund

Cancel any time and get a refund for unused days

Estimate the refund for the days you have not used (pro-rata) and send us a cancellation request with a reference. There is no breakage fee.

Your rights

  • Cancel any time

    If you or Investology end the subscription early, you get back the fee for the days not yet used.

  • No cancellation fee

    We do not charge any fee for cancelling, sometimes called a breakage or exit fee.

  • Original payment method

    Refunds are paid only to the original payment method (banking channel).

  • Registration suspended or cancelled

    If Investology's SEBI registration is suspended for more than 60 days or cancelled, fees are refunded pro-rata from the effective date.

  • Full refund cases

    Full refund for duplicate or failed payments. If your KYC cannot be completed after payment, see the Refund Policy (KYC could not be completed).

  • GST in refunds

    How GST is treated in refunds: To be confirmed by Compliance Officer. Ask support before you cancel if this matters to you.

  • Processing timeline

    We confirm the timeline by email when we verify your refund.

Enter your start date, total paid and termination date to see an estimate. Refund = total paid × unused days ÷ total days, with no fee deducted.
